Paying on Love Story was easy at first. The checkout page loaded without any drama, and I got through the payment fairly quickly. I was like, okay, nice, this is going smoothly. Then suddenly I got a bit frustrated because there wasn’t enough clear info right before the final step, so I had to stop and double-check a couple of things. Not a huge issue, but it did throw me off. Overall it was fine, just not as smooth as it could’ve been.

I really wanted to like this, but sadly it just wasn’t that comfortable for me. It looks okay, so points for that I guess, but after wearing it for a bit it didn’t sit quite right and started to feel annoying. Not the worst thing ever, just not something I’d want to wear for long

It matched the listing and there were no real surprises. Pretty much exactly what I expected.

I ordered from lovestory.com.au thinking it would show up within a few days, but it ended up taking way longer than expected. The tracking wasn’t much help either, it barely changed, so I kept having to check it myself and wonder what was going on. Something about the whole shipping process just felt off. By the time it finally arrived, I didn’t even need it anymore. Frustrating, and I wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date.

I had to return one item and the whole thing was straightforward. I just followed the steps, got a few updates, and the refund showed up sooner than I expected. No problems at all, I’m happy with how it went

It looked really nice at first, but the quality just wasn’t there. After one use, the stitching already started coming loose, and I felt kind of trapped because it was disappointing so quickly after buying it.

It did arrive in the end and everything was fine, so no major issue there. I just think the tracking could be a bit more detailed or updated sooner, because it would make the whole process feel a lot less uncertain...

I really liked the clean design, and the styles feel modern. A few pages loaded a little slow for me, but overall it was nice to look around and didnt feel confusing

The parcel did arrive in plain packaging with no shop name or anything obvious on the outside, which I appreciated. If discretion is the main thing you care about, then yeah, that part was handled well.

That said, the box itself was beaten up and the tape was starting to come loose on one side. Depending on what’s inside, that might not bother some people, but for this kind of order it made me a bit uneasy. Discreet for sure, just not packed as securely as I would’ve liked.

The annoying bit was the timing. It took longer than I expected, and of course it happened right when I could’ve really used the money back sooner. I had to follow up once, which wasn’t ideal. Not the worst experience, but definitely slower than it should’ve been. 3 stars.

I was disappointed because every time I found something I actually liked, it was out of stock. I tried reaching out to ask if anything would be restocked, but the email replies felt like they were coming from robots and didn’t really answer my question. Overall, it just wasn’t a great experience

I placed an order through Love Story and regret it. The website was easy to use at the start, but once I paid, the updates basically disappeared. I ended up having to follow up myself more than once, and when I did get replies, they were slow and didn’t really answer my questions. It got to the point where I had to escalate the complaint just to try and get some clear information. The whole experience felt disorganized and way more stressful than it needed to be. I wouldn’t order from them again.

It was fine. Price felt fair. Just expected a little more.

The exchange itself was super easy, but i’m still annoyed I had to deal with it in the first place. This should’ve been handled right the first time, so I blame them for wasting my time.

But they got back to me quickly and were actually friendly, which made the whole thing way less annoying. I did have to wait a bit for one reply, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but at least they didn’t leave me hanging forever. Overall, they helped me sort it out and I’d use the site again...

A friend recommended this site to me, and I’m glad I checked it out. Overall, it’s been a good experience and I’m happy with it.

I really wanted to like the site, but using it on my phone was kind of a pain. To be fair, it looks nice and I can tell some effort went into the design. But the pages were slow to load for me, and a few of the menus were confusing. I ended up tapping around way more than I should have just to find basic info. It’s not terrible, but the mobile browsing experience definitely needs some work
